These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between users and OctaStaking. By using our staking services, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions:

  1. Uptime and Staking Responsibility: OctaStaking is fully accountable for maintaining uptime and ensuring active staking for clients.

  2. Staking Rewards: OctaStaking does not guarantee any specific Annual Percentage Rate (APR) concerning staking rewards.

  3. Risk and Asset Responsibility: OctaStaking is not liable for any loss of coins due to hacking, social engineering, or the loss of private keys in any circumstances. Users bear full responsibility for the security and protection of their OCTA.

  4. Termination of Staking: OctaStaking reserves the right to terminate staking services if clients fail to relay the agreed-upon fee as specified.

  5. Privacy and Information: OctaStaking does not request or collect any personal information related to its staking services.

  6. Scam and Impersonations: OctaStaking will only communicate with stakers through official channels (Discord or Email). OctaStaking will never ask for you to move your 100,000 Octa or send any metamask transactions. (Please reach out through official means if anyone attempts to contact you impersonating us). Once again OctaStaking is not responsible for the loss of any coins including from scams or impersonations.

  7. OCTA Blockchain Changes: OctaStaking holds no responsibility for any alterations or modifications to the OCTA blockchain, including changes in block rewards or system modifications.

By using OctaStaking, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. It is critical to understand the terms of service before engaging in our Octa staking service.
